The most common routes are an investor visa (via your own UAE company), an employment visa (sponsored by a UAE employer), or a Golden Visa for qualifying investors and professionals. We assess the best route for your situation during an initial consultation.
Not always. Employment visas, freelance visas, and Golden Visas do not require a UAE company. An investor visa does require company formation. We advise on the most efficient and cost-effective route for your specific circumstances.
Yes. Foreign nationals can purchase freehold property in designated areas of Dubai — there are no nationality restrictions for these zones. Property purchases above AED 2 million can also qualify an investor for a UAE Golden Visa. We can introduce you to trusted real estate professionals.
