Most private sector employees in the UAE are required to participate in the Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) scheme. Certain categories are exempt, including domestic workers, GCC nationals, temporary workers, and retirees receiving pensions. We audit your employee register to confirm who is in scope.
